Graphic Designer | Executive Presentation Design & Visual Communications

We are partnering with a highly respected, established organization within the professional services and insurance industry to identify a talented Graphic Designer / Visual Communications Specialist to join its collaborative Events & Communications team.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Presentation Design: Create sophisticated, high-impact PowerPoint presentations for leadership, national conferences, professional events, and organizational initiatives.Visual Storytelling: Translate complex business concepts, technical information, and content-heavy materials into clear, engaging, visually polished presentations.Graphic Design & Branding: Develop professional digital and print communications while ensuring consistent brand identity across all materials.Digital Communications: Design newsletters, publications, email campaigns, website graphics, and other branded content.Event & Marketing Materials: Create compelling visual assets for conferences, presentations, events, and organizational communications.Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, communications professionals, and cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives.Ideal Qualifications

5+ years of professional graphic design, presentation design, or visual communications experience.Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills are essential, including advanced slide design, visual storytelling, animations, transitions, and presentation development.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Demonstrated experience creating sophisticated corporate presentations, branded communications, and digital and print materials.Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into polished, visually engaging content.Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Experience within professional services, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or a similar corporate environment is preferred.Familiarity with website design, UX/UI principles, and digital communications platforms is a plus.
