Graphic Designer & Exhibitions Coordinator

The Graphic Designer & Exhibitions Coordinator provides technical and creative support for CAP’s internal and external communications. Designs all printed and digital materials for community programs, including flyers, posters, and recruitment advertisements.Manages CAP social media accounts and coordinates with the CCS Marketing department for website updates.Produces professional presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders and assists with the design of grant-related PDF portfolios and image selections.Manages digital registration forms and updates program information across campus-wide communication channels (Weekly Email and Campus Screens).Leads photography and videography efforts for CAP events; maintains a structured digital archive using established file-naming conventions on shared drives.Exhibition Coordination and ManagementManages the full lifecycle of CAP exhibitions, including the planning calendar, installation schedules, de-installation logistics, and return of artwork to community students.Facilitates the collection of student artwork and documentation; assists Directors and Managers in artwork selection and curation.Directs the physical installation of exhibitions, including artwork preparation, matting, framing, and hanging.Supervises CAP Teaching Artists, Work Study students, and Interns in artwork preparation, instillation, and de-instillation for exhibitions.Coordinates with CCS event and exhibition staff regarding gallery space and equipment.Manages the intake and return of all physical artwork; maintains the “Director’s Choice” selection catalog and ensures secure hand-off of artworks back to the student artists.Produces all gallery signage, invitations, and individual artwork labels. This job operates in a professional office and college campus environment.
