Job Description • FUNCTION: This position is responsible for coordinating printed, digital, and promotional materials for all departments of the Charleston Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (CACVB) as needed. • Work with marketing department staff to professionally, creatively and punctually produce the publications and other printed materials of the CACVB; and prepare files for such projects to be sent to the selected printing vendor. • Solicit bids for each printing job, as needed. Essential • Excellent command of the English language, including comprehension, verbal and written communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Ability to operate office equipment and graphic software programs • Access to transportation to attend meetings/functions throughout the tri-county region and the state, and to pick up or deliver supplies related to the job before, during and after regular working hours • Ability to grip/grasp various tools and equipment used in the office area • Good eyesight and hearing, which may be corrected with an aid if necessary • Ability to rotate body while in a sitting or standing position
