Required Qualifications • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Strong creativity and design skills • Understanding of spot color separations and film output; simulated process and 4 color process separation experience is a plus • Experience managing multiple projects and thriving in a deadline-driven environment • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with clientele, sales, and art departments • Apparel industry experience (ensure your resume reflects this) • Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years experience • Adobe Illustrator: 2 years experience • T-Shirt Graphic Design: 2 years experience
