Graphic Designer for Business Development

Lamar Advertising Company is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create captivating designs for digital billboards, logo signs, and transit advertising, all aimed at elevating client brands and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team to transform briefs into eye-catching visuals for both digital and physical platforms, maintaining brand consistency, technical accuracy, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

Craft visually stunning creatives for digital billboards, logo signs, and transit advertising.Translate sales and client briefs into impactful visual concepts that enhance engagement.Ensure all designs adhere to Lamar and client brand guidelines as well as technical specifications.Work in partnership with the Sales & Business Development team to support pitches and campaign initiatives.Adapt designs for various formats and sizes suitable for both outdoor and digital mediums.Manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback loops simultaneously.Prepare production-ready files and liaise with vendors as necessary.Incorporate performance feedback to refine and elevate future design efforts.Essential Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience in digital billboard design.Strong understanding of layout and typography principles.Expertise in branding and visual identity creation.Competence in photo editing and retouching.Ability to prepare files for both print and digital formats.Basic knowledge of motion/animated graphics.Understanding of color theory, particularly in outdoor media.Effective project and time management skills.Creative concept development abilities.
