We are looking for an individual with a strong design aptitude and a firm understanding of design processes and production techniques. • Collaborate with proposal teams and technical staff to design impactful graphics that enhance messaging. • Contribute to process improvements to increase productivity within the Creative Services and Sales teams. • At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience; experience in the AEC industry and/or sales is a plus. • Advanced knowledge of design principles and technical concepts essential for the role, demonstrating the ability to create effective visual communications.
