Graphic Designer for Digital Marketing

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for Digital Marketing to join our team! You will design Graphics for digital marketing to promote business development and branding visibility through email and other digital avenues. Responsibilities: • Handle graphic projects from start to finish • Prepare graphic design work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials and planning concept; illustrate concept by designing rough layout with sketches and mock-ups of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts; • Develop and maintain image library files • Increases brand awareness and promotes company products and services to increase production; • Coordinate, design and manage graphical content for all of platforms including websites, print media, social media, electronic newsletters; • Submit rough layouts for project approval • Produce videos, photography, animated graphics and other electronic multimedia; • Actively participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions; • Take creative critiques from management and adjust design based on these critiques; adheres to organizations and clients branding guidelines; • Adhere to project deadlines and provides status updates on a regular basis to management; • Maintain technical knowledge in graphic design and emerging trends; • Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed; • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite Skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a must; • Excellent Typography Skills • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential; • Ability to communicate effectively visually, verbally and in written form • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); • Knowledge in Photography • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to the job and the company core values; • Ability to learn and work with other emerging internet technologies; • Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints, demonstrate an interest in continuous improvement of self and the organization; Supplies and programs provided by employer.
