Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Graphic Designer for Digital Marketing to join our team! You will design Graphics for digital marketing to promote business development and branding visibility through email and other digital avenues. This is an entry level fast paced position assisting in generating and developing creative design solutions for our marketing team, that will go out digitally to our Responsibilities:Handle graphic projects from start to finishPrepare graphic design work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials and planning concept; illustrate concept by designing rough layout with sketches and mock-ups of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts;Develop and maintain image library filesIncreases brand awareness and promotes company products and services to increase production;Coordinate, design and manage graphical content for all of platforms including websites, print media, social media, electronic newsletters;Submit rough layouts for project approvalProduce videos, photography, animated graphics and other electronic multimedia;Actively participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions;Take creative critiques from management and adjust design based on these critiques; adheres to organizations and clients branding guidelines;Adhere to project deadlines and provides status updates on a regular basis to management;Maintain technical knowledge in graphic design and emerging trends;Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed;Other duties as assigned.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in graphic designExpert-level Adobe Creative Suite Skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a must;Excellent Typography SkillsAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential;Ability to communicate effectively visually, verbally and in written formExcellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel);Knowledge in PhotographyDemonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to the job and the company core values;Ability to learn and work with other emerging internet technologies;Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints, demonstrate an interest in continuous improvement of self and the organization;Supplies and programs provided by employer.
