Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with experience in a sign shop environment. This role goes beyond design—you’ll also assist with production and support other team members as needed. If you enjoy variety in your day and being part of a tight-knit team, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and prepare designs for a wide range of signage projects
• Work directly with team members to ensure designs meet production requirements
• Assist with sign production, including printing, cutting, and assembly
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
• Provide general support to the team as needed

Qualifications:
• Prior experience working in a sign shop (required)
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flexi)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
