Graphic Designer for Hemp CPG Company

We’re seeking a hands-on designer with sharp instincts, a refined aesthetic, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll work directly with our founder and creative teammates to bring new ideas to life across packaging, product mockups, and marketing assets. Office Collaboration: Be physically present in our Portland office on a regular basis to work hands-on with the team and founder. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems Familiarity with print production processes and packaging formats Excellent communication and time management skills Experience working on a variety of projects across both product and marketing Must be local to Portland, OR or able to reliably travel to our office for in-person work with the team Unassailable eye for aesthetics in product packaging and design in general Experience working with physical products or CPG brands Motion design or basic video editing skills Interest in wellness, lifestyle, or consumer trends
