Graphic Designer for Internal Communications

Experienced in internal employee communications, the full-time remote Graphic Designer for Internal Communications will create engaging visual assets that simplify complex Total Rewards programs, collaborating closely with writers and project managers to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, and guides
Create visual systems/templates for repeatable campaigns
Translate data and program details into simple visual narratives while maintaining brand consistency

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in visual design, particularly in editorial and systems-based design
Experience designing for enterprise or internal communications programs
Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint)
Ability to simplify complex, content-heavy information into clear visual formats
Strong creative instincts with a collaborative mindset
