We are only considering candidates who already have experience with Adobe software (Illustrator & Photoshop) and understand basic design principles.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laser Engraver to join our jewelry production team. This is an in person position, no remote work. This position is responsible for operating laser engraving equipment to create precise, high-quality engravings on jewelry and other products. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, computer and graphic design experience, and the ability to work consistently in a fast-paced production environment. Computer knowledge and graphic design skills are required. During holiday season there will be mandatory overtime and six day work weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Operate laser engraving equipment to engrave jewelry accurately and efficiently.
Prepare, position, and inspect jewelry before and after engraving.
Use engraving software to create, edit, and prepare artwork for engraving.
Ensure designs are properly sized, positioned, and aligned.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency across orders.
Inspect finished products for quality, placement, and engraving accuracy.
Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Perform routine equipment checks and follow proper operating procedures.
Work closely with other team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Graphic design knowledge and computer skills are required.
Ability to learn and operate specialized laser engraving equipment.
Comfortable sitting for long periods of time.
Ability to perform repetitive, precision-focused work.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Dependable, punctual, and organized.
Must be able to maintain accuracy while working with a high volume of orders.
Must successfully pass a clean background check in accordance with company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
