Company: RED Mountain Resort Location: Bend, Oregon Position: Graphic Designer Required Exp: Minimum 2-3 years professional print design experience Job Type: Mon-Thur, 32 hr/week Rate: Hourly, TBD Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY // RED Mountain Resort, based in Rossland British Columbia, is in search for a Mid-level Graphic Designer with a Marketing background to work out of Bend, Oregon alongside RED’s Director of Sales and Marketing. This newly-added position will be working alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing (in Bend) and the Brand and Web Manager (remote), and is responsible for any & all print collateral for RED’s Sales and Marketing Department, inter-departments and sub brands, and any on- mountain assets. This individual is also expected to be a self-starter in brainstorming collateral copy ideas, marketing assets, and the like. for all of RED’s events and related brands including but not limited to: Rafters Bar, Fall Line Ski & Snowboard School, Nowhere Special Hostel, The Constella: A Cabin Collective, and Red Mountain Resort Lodging. • Must be an excellent communicator and be able to take direction and feedback and provide feedback yourself • Ability to lead projects, be organized, and be a self-starter with minimal direction at times.
