Responsibilities • Design custom artwork for screen printing, embroidery, digital print, and more • Prepare client files for production and ensure artwork is accurate and print-ready • Create original vector-based designs based on sketches, ideas, or reference art • Communicate with sales reps, clients, and production team to ensure clarity and accuracy • Review proofs and production samples for quality control • Organize and maintain digital files and project data • Stay current on industry trends and design best practices Qualifications • Strong portfolio showcasing design work • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Experience with apparel or print design is a plus • Understanding of screen printing processes (or willingness to learn) • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred, but not required
