Graphic Designer - Full Time *WFH*

If you are a strong willed, independent starter, creative genius looking for an exciting new opportunity please read on to find out more._ **_ESSENTIAL PREREQUISITES_** •Access to reliable High-speed internet acceptable for online conference meetings •Personal computer with updated processor, graphics card, camera and sufficient RAM •Business set schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm PT **_DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_** •Work closely with Creative Team to execute and produce visual ideas within corporate brand standards •Translate verbal concepts and ideas into professional design layouts with high level of attention to detail and content input •Design promotional and event collateral for both print and web as part of a cohesive corporate campaign •Perform within production and delivery timelines on projects to meet overall team schedules and client deadlines •Improve and create graphics for web design and other related projects •Print production and creation of web deliverables providing appropriate files for situation •Proof and review final layouts of team projects and make improvements for final client delivery •Be able to upload and download content in the Egnyte storage platform **_KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED_** •5+ years minimum of real- world digital, print, and web graphic design experience •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design • **Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, INDD) and PowerPoint (layout and animation)** as our main production applications for our corporate clientele •Competency in MS Office and an eagerness to learn & adopt new software/applications •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make minor copywriting/language consistency updates to provided content or create content as needed •Ability to identify and interpret design needs and develop creative and graphical concepts •Ability to meet deadlines with quick turnarounds in a high-pressure environment •Ability to maintain design consistency regardless of project scope and size •Willingness to listen to constructive feedback and use it to improve •Motivation to maintain and improve design standards •Creative flair, originality, and strong visual sense **_COMPENSATION_** •This will be an hourly non-exempt position at $25.00/hour, typically 36-40 hours per week •Potential opportunities for overtime •Work From Home 100% Telecommuting (pre/post COVID-19) •Vacation and Sick pay will be accrued and usable after 90-day probationary period along with (8) company recognized paid holidays •Optional comprehensive benefits package with ADP •An Offer Letter and Non- Disclosure/Non-Solicitation Agreement will further define this position **Are you ready to join our Creative Production Team?
