Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

Description: The NYC-based design and branding agency is seeking a full-time Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. Job Responsibilities: ● Assist senior designers in creating visual concepts and designs ● Collaborate with other members of the creative team to produce high-quality work ● Execute design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the project brief ● Create and produce design layouts and graphics for various media, including digital and print ● Conduct research and stay up-to-date on design trends to ensure that designs are current and relevant ● Prepare and present design concepts and solutions to clients and team members ● Ensure that all design work adheres to brand guidelines and project specifications ● Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field ● Strong design skills with a portfolio that showcases design work ● At least 1 year of design experience (preferably in a creative agency/design firm setting) ● Proficiency in all industry-standard design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) ● Understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout ● Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work ● Strong communication and collaboration skills ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously ● Ability to manage diverse workloads and support tight deadlines ● A strong passion for printing and materials ● Experienced with photo shooting, videography, and AfterEffects is a huge plus ● Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred Pay: From $16.00 per hour
