/span spanYou will also have the opportunity to provide creative concepts and designs in support of our in-house creative agency, Yellow Truck Creative, including custom logos and other brand development work, as well as large-scale environmental graphics for customers across the U.S. /span/pp/ppbSome things you can expect to do: /b/pullipCreate custom digital and print designs used in a variety of creative projects including print and digital advertisements; proposals; brochures; social media graphics; websites; jobsite marketing; apparel; and promotional materials/p/lilipCreate fresh, original, creative artwork in support of Yellow Truck Creative/p/lilipDevelop templates and guidelines that empower users of all skill levels/p/lilipProvide coaching and training to corporate and regional InDesign users/p/lilipCoordinate production with vendors including sign, print, and publications/p/lilipKeep organized and easily accessible electronic files so work can be shared among all colleagues/p/lilipUse Wrike, our marketing project management software, to organize and track projects/p/lilipProvide design guidance and oversight on strategic marketing materials/p/lilipEnsure all designs adhere to brand standards and complement existing brand materials./p/lilipContribute to structure improvements and department best practice processes/p/li/ulp/ppbTo succeed in this role, you must have: /b/pullipExpert-level Adobe Creative Suite experience/p/lilip5 years graphic design experience on a corporate marketing or agency team/p/lilip5 years of experience successfully executing original designs – created independently – from concept through production/p/lilipExperience coordinating and overseeing production of media and marketing materials/p/lilipExperience designing for digital and print materials/p/lilipKnowledge of and/or experience in a broader marketing role is helpful/p/lilipFour-year degree in graphic design or related field is required/p/li/ulp/ppbYou will really stand out if you have:/b/pullipSuperior technical skills, with advanced knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite/p/lilipExcellent design sense, able to create custom design with minimal direction/p/lilipCurrent in design trends including color schemes, fonts, styles/p/lilipAble to train/coach others in technical design skills/p/lilipStrong collaboration skills, able to work with a wide range of personalities/p/lilipA strong drive to succeed balanced with a desire to bring people along on the ride/p/lilipStrong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines/p/lilipDiscipline to follow processes and manage priorities/p/lilipStrong desire to learn and grow and passion to explore new design trends and approaches/p/lilipIdeal candidate is not easily daunted or intimidated, displays confidence in the face of skepticism/p/lilipCandidate shares the Ryan values and adds to the positive spirit of the team and the Ryan culture overall/p/li/ulp/ppbEligibility:/b/pullipPositions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S./p/li/ulp/ppbCompensation:/b/ppbr /The base pay is $span29.94 - $38.00/span per hour.
