Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Graphics Printer & Installer Operator to join our production team. This in-shop role involves preparing artwork for production, operating wide-format printing equipment, producing and installing vinyl graphics, and assisting with general sign and graphic fabrication. • Operate ADA/Braille printer/engraver for compliant signage production. Experience • 2+ years of sign shop or large-format printing experience (preferred) • Proficiency using CorelDRAW and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite • Strong working knowledge of ONYX Software • Hands-on experience with HP Latex printers (roll-to-roll & flatbed) • Ability to weed/apply vinyl and laminate prints with precision • Experience with sign and graphics materials such as acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, PVC, etc. • Familiarity with ADA/Braille signage production • Ability to read and interpret layouts, proofs, and engineering drawings • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Team player with strong communication and problem-solving ability
