Our graphic designers work closely with our team of communications specialists to develop creative solutions that align with each client’s brand, communications strategy and goals. You’ll Do This By • Understanding the needs of your clients and colleagues, in order to deliver impactful design solutions that support their communications goals, increase audience understanding and enhance messaging. What You Bring To Our Team • 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design • A strong portfolio of previous design work • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat) • Solid project management skills, including the ability to problem-solve, apply feedback and manage time effectively • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
