Reporting to VP, Brand Creative, this individual will support the Brand Creative team as the Global Partnership (GP) design lead focusing on partnership development & insights, activation, commercial enterprise needs, events, and sales content. The Graphic Designer will support the GP/HS team on recaps, photo retouching, concept pitch, presentations, promotional assets, photography sourcing, production needs, DAM organization, and more. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, a team player, with a proven track record for pushing the limit when it comes to design innovation and photo manipulation. • Ability to understand business objectives and goals and prioritize tasks to meet them • Ability to self-manage, stay flexible, positive, resourceful, and reliable • Ability to innovate strategically with an eye for detail • Ability to express individual creative abilities while incorporating creative direction from the Vice President and others • Ability to be a motivated self-starter ready to “push the envelope” when it comes to creative design concepts • Ability to adhere to a strict NDA regarding top-level business and basketball operations projects • Ability to adhere to an exclusivity agreement that prohibits working with other basketball properties within the NBA, college basketball programs, and other commercial properties identified.
