Graphic Designer - Hiring Bonus Available!

The Graphic Designer will work with the web developer and director of Marketing to design, build, proof, and deploy automated marketing emails and website content. We want someone who can apply content to our templates, as well as produce custom styling when appropriate. If you become part of our Star Cast, here are the possible benefits for which you will be eligible: • Paid time off - 8 paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick, and Closure Hours • Optional group Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage • Optional Flexible Spending Account • 100% employer-paid Disability and Life insurance policies • Employees who meet specific criteria may also be eligible for a 401(k) • Company-wide discounts on many services and products including Lindamood- Bell® Instruction, Apple products, cell phones, and auto rental deals Responsibilities: • Marketing collateral creation • Assist web developer with creation of marketing emails by creating necessary assets • Create, modify, and remove pages, posts, events, carousels, ads, forms, and other types of content to/from the website when tasked by Campaign Managers • Maintain organization of the Marketing server • Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive work environment Requirements: • Graphic design experience • Proficient in Adobe Suite (including, but not limited to, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications • Coding experience preferred (hand coding HTML, CSS, JS/ jQuery) • Wordpress experience preferred • A minimum of an associate's (2 year) degree or equivalent experience in graphics/web design • Ability to evolve/adapt to changing workflow, take creative direction, and follow directions • Detail- driven, innovative thinker, eye for design • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong time-management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and creativity • If invited to interview, you will be required to submit a portfolio of your work to be considered for the position • When applying for this position, please submit a resume and cover letter About Us: Lindamood-Bell is an internationally recognized leader in the research and remediation of learning difficulties.
