Position Summary The Graphic Designer will support the mission of Homeboy Art Academy by using design as a tool for storytelling, empowerment, and transformation. The Graphic Designer will integrate their creative expertise with restorative and community-based practices, contributing to arts education, healing through the arts, and the development of transferable skills that connect participants to the creative economy. • Experience with culturally responsive and restorative, community-based education. • Collaborate with formerly gang-involved and system-impacted populations to support their graphic design needs as part of the Creative Economy track. • Communicate in advance (day of or day before) if unable to attend work.
