This role is perfect for someone who flourishes in a creative setting and values precision, deadlines, and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Design engaging visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and user interfacesIntegrate various media formats including text, images, video, audio, into cohesive marketing and designsDevelop innovative PowerPoint presentations, interactive PDFs, and provide website design supportEfficiently utilize video templates or create original designs using program assets and imageryDisplay exceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEnsure consistency and quality, proofing of all work before submissionWork both as part of a team and independently, selecting the best course of action under pressurePrepare rough drafts and present creative concepts to creative team leadershipCommunicate professionally with external vendors, partners, printers, and colleaguesManipulate photography to produce realistic photo mockups of existing spacesMaintain digital files in Dropbox, adhering to set guidelines and file naming conventionsIncorporate constructive feedback to refine and improve designsQualifications:5+ years of experience in a design firm or a creative team environment (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in a related field; strong portfolio of digital work examples is requiredResidency in the Charlotte area with the ability to work from the corporate officeProficiency in graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and compositionExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
