Graphic Designer - Hybrid in Houston, TX

Our client in the restaurant and food & beverage industry is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative team. This is a full-time role, working 3x/week onsite, supporting a wide range of digital and print design needs across marketing, brand, and internal communications, with exposure to food and lifestyle photoshoots.

What You'll Do:

Develop and design marketing materials including menus, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, emails, and social media graphics, ensuring all work is visually appealing, on-brand, and easy to readDesign digital assets for the website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisingCollaborate with the Creative, Brand, Menu, and Internal Marketing teams to ensure designs meet marketing goals and support HR, Operations, Coordinate with print vendors and oversee the printing process for quality and accuracyMaintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design materialsManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAttend food and lifestyle photoshoots to support styling and art directionWhat You'll Need:

3-5 years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house settingBFA or bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field preferredStrong portfolio spanning digital and print, ideally with hospitality or food and beverage workMastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, with hands-on experience across print, large format, packaging, digital ads, and social media assetsSolid understanding of typography, layout, color, and design fundamentalsAbility to create and evolve brand identities and maintain brand guidelinesStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience in Figma, WordPress, basic HTML, or environmental signage is a plusIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
