Position Summary Marlo Beauty Supply is seeking a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the development and execution of a wide range of projects, including digital content, social media and brand collateral. Location: Hybrid work model - in Ferndale office 3 days per week Responsibilities: • Conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets for a wide range of projects, including our monthly digital catalog, website pages and banners, email campaigns, digital advertisements, blog posts, print materials and social graphics • Collaborate closely with marketing and purchasing teams to effectively communicate our brand’s narrative and engage target audiences • Edit, refine and deliver creative assets, incorporating feedback from the creative team • Maintain a centralized design library for all creative assets • Assist in the development and maintenance of brand and style guides and templates to ensure visual consistency • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of design materials • Identify areas for optimization to enhance brand visibility, user experience and conversion To apply, send your resume, portfolio, and why you’re interested in working at Marlo Beauty Supply to [email protected]!
