• Ability to suggest and make creative alterations to projects in order to elevate the brand while maintaining brand standards • Coordinate with the design team to generate new and innovative design ideas • Design distinctive graphics such as infographics and illustrations to better show information in a quick and easy-to-understand way • In conjunction with the Senior Director, Marketing Specialty Services, provides creative feedback, advanced-level knowledge, and freelancers as needed • In collaboration with the Senior Director, Marketing Specialty Services, participates in project planning meetings to discuss and better understand the concepts and design approach needed. Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer. Internet marketing competency; excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
