Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

We believe in a flexible, supportive, and creatively energizing work environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and personal excellence. • Takes pride in craftsmanship and personal excellence • Has a strong visual and creative skillset • Is organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented • Enjoys collaboration and works well in a small team • Is comfortable learning new concepts—especially scientific ones • Understands the value of clean design and consistent branding • Has professional discretion and reliable time management • Is willing to travel occasionally for trade shows • Holds a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience (2-5 Years experience) • Designing graphics for social media, digital ads, emails, and websites • Powerpoint design and slide management • Creating logos, icon sets, and branding systems for new ingredient launches • Laying out product guides, sell sheets, one-pagers, and long-form marketing assets • Turning complex scientific information into clean charts and visuals • Building trade show visuals: booth graphics, signage, banners • Supporting packaging artwork, labels, and sample design • Collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator on ongoing campaigns • Updating digital assets, organizing files, and ensuring brand consistency • Assisting with pre- and post-trade show preparation
