Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

The Graphic Designer will produce and design print graphics for trade shows and specialty events. Hours are based on the current workload available.

Key Contributions of the Role

Adhere to design layout guidelines, maintain attention to detail, and perform thorough proofreading while working independentlyImplement quality control measures and ensure adherence to company graphic and structural standardsCollaborate effectively with team members to align design work with client requirementsDemonstrate understanding of oversized print production processes to uphold design integrity, color precision, and image qualityWork with various file formats, including Vector, PDF, and Raster, to prepare files for the print production team, ensuring compatibility with digital printersConsistently ensure design integrity, color accuracy, and high image quality in all deliverables

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field; equivalent experience may be exchanged for formal educationDemonstrated experience in Graphic Design requiredRequired experience with the following 2D software programs:Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and WebExWindows-based design environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settingsAbility to work well under pressure and manage demanding situationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines; availability for night and weekend work may be requiredOpen to receiving and implementing constructive feedback and adapting designs based on customer requestsPossess a can-do attitude and positive nature towards projects and teamwork
