Graphic Designer I

Develop and deliver graphic design work and visual materials utilizing specific graphic design, web development, and animation/sound processing toolsProvide support for additional internal client needsWork on cross channel campaigns including print media, outdoor media and digital mediaMaintain on-brand creative, ensuring creative work produced is consistent with and cohesive to brand standards and objectives set by J.B. Hunt’s enterprise marketing teamParticipate in the collection of customer needs for graphic design work and provide suggestions to senior management on the implementation of strategic plans for graphic designInterpret customers' design needs into feasible graphic design ideas and information; provide recommendations in the graphic design processQualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field with at least 1 year of experience in graphic design with experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferredAND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences:Expertise in Creative Cloud, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignCreative thinkerStrong attention to detailSelf-starter; able to set priorities and work with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal communication skillsAbility to work individually or in a team environmentAbility to take direction and constructive criticism wellKnowledge of design tactics for mobile marketing, social media marketing and email marketing practicesPhotography experience is a plusAnimation/ Video GFX experience is a plus.
