Graphic Designer I

Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Graphic Designer I in San Francisco Bay Area, CA to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.

Impact

Create clean, on-brand visuals that support sales and marketing.

Help technical teams communicate clearly to customers.

Support digital and print collateral across channels.

Drive consistency across brand standards.

Responsibilities

Design proposals, brochures, slide decks, and digital assets.

Maintain brand guidelines and templates.

Edit photos and produce simple motion graphics.

Support trade show signage and event materials.

Partner with marketing on campaigns and content.

Manage source files and asset libraries.

Hit deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.

Stay current on design tools and trends.

Requirements

Must-Haves

2+ years of in-house or agency graphic design.

Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.

Strong typography and layout skills.

Portfolio demonstrating commercial design work.

Nice-to-Haves

Figma or Sketch experience.

Basic HTML/CSS.

Construction or B2B industry exposure.
