Actively seek and... incorporate feedback on project contributions.nWorks collaboratively across a broad range of internal stakeholders to support corporate branding strategy by ensuring all projects adhere to branding guidelines and are completed on time.nDrives continual improvement in creative quality and stays abreast on current trends, strategies and technologies.nAssists in creating an agency-like environment that is both creative and productive.nResponsible for the proper use of service marks with the appropriate taglines as required by the BlueCross BlueShield Association.nAssists other departments as necessary with Creative Resources Group's related projects.nConsistently demonstrates high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companies' mission and values, adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct, and leading to the Lifetime Way values and beliefs.nMaintains high regard for member privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures.nRegular and reliable attendance is expected and required.nPerforms other functions as assigned by management.nLevel II (in addition to Level I Accountabilities)nHandles more complex and advanced design projects.nEnsures brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to design, artwork, digital and print output.nMentors, advises and trains Level I Graphic Designers. In addition to using this differentiated approach to place new hires, it also provides guideposts for employee development and promotional opportunities.nAll LevelsnSix or more years of experience in a design/advertising field, or Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, graphic design or related field with a portfolio of design work for print and digital.nGraphic design experience (internship, co-op or professional) preferred.nFamiliarity designing end-to-end creative solutions from concept to pre-production.nAbility to effectively present and support design recommendations according to project brief.nA willingness to contribute to creative development and brainstorming sessions.nComfortable working independently with a range of internal stakeholders across multiple departments.nProficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ).nExcellent communication and organizational skills.nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing tight and demanding deadlines, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.nLevel II (in addition to Level I Qualifications)nNine or more years of experience in a design/advertising field, or Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, graphic design or related field with three or more years of graphic design experience in a corporate or agency setting.nThorough knowledge of mechanicals, printing capabilities and processes including paper specifications.nExperience designing end-to-end creative solutions from concept to pre-production.nMultimedia design including animation/motion graphics experience/knowledge and social media creation a plus.nStrong PowerPoint skills.nFamiliarity with accessibility to digital assets for the vision impaired.nFamiliarity with 508 compliancy files and fillable form field files.nLevel III (in addition to Level II Qualifications)nTwelve or more years of experience in a design/advertising field, or Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, graphic design or related field with six or more years of graphic design experience in a corporate or agency setting.nMultimedia design including animation/motion graphics experience/knowledge and social media creation preferred.nAdvanced knowledge and skills in 508 compliancy files.nAdvanced knowledge and skills in fillable form field files.nExtensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite.nPhysical Requirements:nAbility to work prolonged periods sitting and/or standing at a workstation and working on a computer.nAbility to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed.n* *nOne Mission.
