In this role, you will spend approximately 70% of your time on print production and 30% on design work. You will work within templates and brand guidelines, ensuring that all designs are consistent and meet the established standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will need to work efficiently through high volumes of work while meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities • Produce high-quality design for customers including advertising campaigns and various print products (70% print production and 30% design) , • Work within templates, brand standards and guidelines, following established processes for designing, spell checking and proofing , • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work efficiently through high volumes, meeting tight deadlines within established budgets , • Exhibit a high attention to detail to ensure design requests and edits are met , • Stay on top of advancements in software, creative techniques, and trends, researching and initiating ways to improve pre-production , • Exercise flexibility as required by the schedule , • Respond to emails to help customers as well as the sales and marketing team Requirements • Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design is preferred , • Minimum of 2 years experience in design for print and layout design required , • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required , • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
