Professional Skills/Experience • BFA in graphic design, exhibit design, user experience design, or equivalent • 0 - 5 years of industry experience • Understanding of digital and analog technologies, materials & techniques • Willingness to experiment with new processes and methods • Storytelling via storyboards • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills across all mediums • High performance/high productivity mentality • Mastery of design tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, web design platforms, and social media • Animation capabilities a plus • Understanding of photography and image manipulation techniques • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a creative team • Excellent presentation skills (written, visual and verbal) • Excellent Organizational skills • Exceptional time management skills - balancing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and consistency.
