Role Summary
Supports execution of visual assets across print and digital channels with a focus on accuracy,
organization, and learning within established systems.
Key Responsibilities
Execute design and production tasks using templates and brand standards.Support creation of marketing, fundraising, program, and digital assets.Applies foundational design principles including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchyDesigns for digital platforms including social media and webPrepare files for output and maintain organized working files.Follow established file naming conventions, folder structures, and asset practices.Maintain orderly files, links, and archives for reuse.Incorporate feedback accurately and improve foundational design skills.Demonstrates commitment to the mission of Mentor A Promise and the communities it
serves.
Works effectively across multiple projects with varying timelines and complexity.Maintains strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and follow-through.Adheres to organized file structures, naming conventions, asset management, and reliable
handoff practices.
Collaborates in a solutions-oriented manner with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.0–2 years experience.Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency.Basic Figma familiarity preferred.Portfolio required for consideration.
