About the position Responsibilities • Develop innovative and eye-catching packaging designs that align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and target audience preferences • Create 3D renderings and mock-ups to effectively communicate packaging concepts and gain stakeholder buy-in • Manage packaging updates and revisions, including those related to new product launches, regulatory changes, and brand refreshes • Design impactful and attention-grabbing POS displays, signage, and promotional materials, including pre-price displays, graphics, and edits • Adapt existing POS materials for various promotions, campaigns, and seasonal events • Create engaging digital assets, including website banners, graphics, social media content, email marketing materials, and digital advertisements • Ensure brand consistency and visual hierarchy across all digital platforms • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand expression and visual identity • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and legal, to ensure project success and timely delivery Requirements • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related fine arts field • 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and a keen eye for detail • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant design software • Strong understanding of print production processes, digital design principles, and industry best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure • A passion for design, a creative mindset, and a desire to continuously learn and grow • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits • Base salary and bonus program • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance effective on date of hire • Generous 401(k) Plan • Defined Contribution Plan • Paid vacation and paid holidays • Tuition reimbursement • Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career!
