Management Preferences: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe software with knowledge of design principles, visual art elements, and layout best practices Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting techniques related to software, hardware, and equipment with ability to determine and implement appropriate solutions Ability to assess client/customer needs and determine appropriate outlet, method, audience, scope, timelines, and cost-effective design options Knowledge of full graphic design and print production process including developing specifications, preparing bid-ready materials, coordinating with vendors and printers, proofing, quality control, and packaging final files for production Ability to independently manage, track, and document multiple design and production projects with accuracy, version control, approvals, and timely delivery Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in visual/graphic design, commercial art, or related area; or an Associate’s degree in visual/graphic design, commercial art, or related area and two years of related experience; or a high school diploma/GED and four years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
