Designer Must Have • Education + experience: Bachelor’s degree in design or related discipline; 2+ years of experience working in a creative agency environment • Technical skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and digital design applications such as of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, etc; fluency in Mac environment; maintain awareness of current design trends and new techniques and technology. • Soft skills: High degree of organizational skill and initiative to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment; ability to absorb and respond to constructive feedback from clients and creative management; ability to turn projects around quickly as well as good problem-solving and presentation skills; knowledge of digital mediums and tailoring design toward proper UI/UX • Portfolio: Portfolio must include a variety of dynamic PowerPoint presentations that showcase slide transitions, animated elements, video, data visualization, and good typography.
