Graphic Designer II

This position develops, sketches, and/or prints creative advertisement ideas for a variety of mediums in design projects, ensuring that corporate client design requirements are fully met. Conceptualize ideas and execute designs; accurately and efficiently design advertisement products or services within specific deadlinesResearch and share social media resources and information to facilitate the graphic design process within a team; stay abreast on technological advances within the fieldParticipate in the collection of customer needs for graphic design work and gives suggestions to senior management on the implementation of strategic plans for graphic designInterpret customers' design needs into feasible graphic design ideas and information; provide recommendations in the graphic design processDevelop and deliver graphic design work and visual materials utilizing specific graphic design, web development, and animation/sound processing toolsManage the overall quality of artwork to ensure that advertisements and other media products are in line with organizational and state laws and policiesProvide support in advertisement promotional activities for the organization Coordinate with design team and facilitate the production of advertisements and other media display projects while ensuring a precise match to original requirements Expertise in Creative Cloud, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignAND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences:Creative thinkerStrong attention to detailSelf-starter; able to set priorities and work with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal communication skillsAbility to work individually or in a team environmentAbility to take direction and constructive criticism wellKnowledge of design tactics for mobile marketing, social media marketing and email marketing practicesPhotography experienceAnimation/ Video GFX experience. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
