Graphic Designer II

Creates print and digital materials for PR and internal communications, including brochures, ads, and announcements. What You'll Need: Associates Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or In lieu of education 5 years of relevant experience What You'll Bring: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to create polished presentations, templates, and branded documents Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, accessibility, and visual hierarchy across digital and print platforms Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, visually engaging communication materials Experience developing graphics, infographics, presentations, newsletters, and public-facing communication assets Experience using digital email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and quality control skills Excellent organizational and file management abilities, including version control and maintenance of shared digital assets Understanding of accessibility and usability standards, including familiarity with Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines considerations Ability to manage multiple assignments and produce accurate, high-quality work within established deadlines Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Additional Information Click here for benefits information: HNTB Total Rewards Click here to learn more about Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
