Responsibilities... • Creating designs, concepts and layouts for the team’s printed and online marketing materials with a clean and modern aesthetic that communicates brand values • Ordering marketing materials from different vendors as necessary • Working with and providing excellent customer service to the clients • Manage workflow from beginning stages to the end (including follow ups) • Collaborating with our team of designers, website specialists and social media experts • Ability to work quickly to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once • Work directly with agents and teams to bring their vision to life • Any activity required by management/leadership Requirements: • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, and creativity • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, photoshop, and InDesign • Outstanding organizational and planning skills, and exceptionally detail-oriented • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible in a team-oriented environment with diverse groups of people • Able to work independently, accept feedback, and reprioritize workload • 2 years of graphic design or graphic arts experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Desired • Basic video editing and/or animation skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro 2020) • BA/BS in graphic arts or graphic design preferred, not required
