What you'll do here: Collaborates with schools and sales organization to create custom yearbook cover designs Host online design sessions with customers Create product solutions that enhance photography for the various Lifetouch businesses Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop consumer product solutions that drive business results and customer engagement Responsible for accurate delivery of design... files to internal and external production vendors following file specifications Other duties as assigned Education Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent related experience The Skills You'll Bring PORTFOLIO OR WEBSITE REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPLICATION 3-5 years of design experience Portfolio showcasing print-based projects, hand-lettering skills preferred Appreciation of typography, layout, composition, and color Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Thrives in a collaborative team environment but also excels at working independently Willingness to be flexible with tasks on a day-to-day basis and evolve role as required by the needs of the team A great attitude and flexibility towards business and it's ever-changing, sometimes ambiguous nature Sense of humor and the ability to have fun doing what you love Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities) Proficient in Creative Suite for digital and print Microsoft applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience working in a cross-functional environment Has a portfolio that reflects design sensibility, attention to detail, clean and modern aesthetic Good organizational skills Good communication skills Detail oriented in the execution and follow-up of work Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Demonstrated ability to work efficiently as well as balance and execute against multiple projects/priorities simultaneously Able to react quickly and be adaptable to inevitable changes and shifts Proactive problem-solving abilities with strong sense of urgency Physical Requirements (if applicable): The physical requirements described here must be met by an employee to successfully perform the primary duties and responsibilities.
