Required Qualifications Graphic Designer II - fours year of work-related experience or Bachelor's degree and one year of work-related experience. Exhibits knowledge, understanding and basic skills in print design and typography. Competency in use of graphics software on personal computers. Competency in typography, color use, and principles of design.
