Graphic Designer II / III – Graphic Apparel

Team Beans/Forever Collectibles (FOCO) is a global leader in officially licensed sports and entertainment merchandise. This role is ideal for a designer with strong apparel graphics experience who can independently develop concepts, execute production-ready artwork, and work within league, team, and brand guidelines. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Apparel Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience3–6+ years of experience in graphic design, apparel graphics, licensed apparel, or consumer productsStrong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics, graphic tees, typography, and production-ready design workAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignStrong understanding of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual storytellingExperience creating production-ready artwork and technical art packagesKnowledge of apparel decoration techniques including screen print, heat transfer, embroidery, appliqué, and related methodsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently Experience working with licensed sports leagues such as the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, and NCAAExperience with entertainment or character-based brandsExperience in retail, DTC, wholesale, or consumer products environmentsFamiliarity with project management tools, PLM systems, or licensor approval platformsPassion for sports, fan culture, apparel, and graphic design A professional portfolio is required for this role.
