Intake Call: Graphic Designer III Markup: 41% Capacity: Remote What You Will Do: • Content thought leadership - partner with the ECOM team members to create best-in-class digital content experiences across the consumer journey within ECOM digital channels • Serve as day-to-day partner with ECOM team members for graphic design strategy across all product launches/renovations/re-animations, to assure content quality & consistency, consumer-first approach & brand image elevation • Act as graphic design content strategy & execution subject matter expert - be seen as a “go-to” partner for ECOM graphic design concepts and content solutions • Be a bridge between strategy & creativity to enable on-brand, on-strategy & on-time delivery of ECOM dossiers Aligns required competencies: • Leads with Human Sensitivity - Demonstrates respect, develops and enriches team dynamics • Displays Sensitivity to Our “Me ?tier” - Focuses on quality, continues to build personal knowledge of the beauty business and understanding of beauty and Consumer Behaviors.
