Key Responsibilities: • Develop and apply brand identity and visual guidelines for the mining business • Support design for campaigns, regional events, tradeshows (including MineExpo 2024), social media, and more • Create and manage a digital asset library including icons, textures, templates, and color schemes • Provide design direction and support for photoshoots and video production (not the lead) • Coordinate traditional and digital deliverables: layouts, publication designs, signage, facility graphics, presentations • Maintain and archive content/messaging for internal documentation • Offer strategic input and make vendor decisions on outsourced design work • Collaborate closely with a small team of creatives and marketing SMEs • Contribute to website support, branding updates, and template rollout Required Skills & Experience: • 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) • Strong portfolio showcasing both traditional print and digital designs • Experience in environmental design, signage, and publication layout is a strong plus • Proven ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills • Experience working in cross-functional teams or agency-like environments Education Requirements: • Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (required) • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) If you are a person with a disability needing assistance with the application or at any point in the hiring process, please contact us at: [email protected] Work Location: In person
