Sam Houston, TXJob Description: Design and produce graphics in support training development courseware Provide technical knowledge and expertise on computer graphics, digital photography, videos, animations, sequencing, and audio/visual effects in various authoring and software packages Develop graphic user interfaces and designs illustrations for digital applications Use creative techniques to produce stimulating multimedia-based educational materials for adult learners Develop technology based instructional programs, training manuals and instructor guides Create and produce materials and/or publications at the highest level for print, on-line publishing, multimedia, and other mediums. Serve as high-level specialist responsible for the development and production of graphic design work Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver projects on time and budget.Qualifications: Technical Certificate in related field Associate degree in related field 10+ years of experience Proficient in Design Software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledgeable in typography, layout, and visual communication principles Have expert skills in visual/UI design and prototyping tools (includes Figma or equivalent) Able to gracefully articulate and defend design decisions to peers, partners, and leaders; a storytellerContingent upon award of contractDAWSON is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/VEVRAA federal contractor.
