What We’re Looking For • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required) • Strong illustration skills with a distinct, adaptable style • Familiarity with Discord as a communication and collaboration platform • Experience using organizational/project management tools such as Trello • Solid understanding of digital-first design and internet culture • Ability to work collaboratively in an in-office team environment Bonus Points • Experience with merchandise, apparel, or packaging design • Familiarity with gaming, streaming, or creator-driven brands • Motion graphics or animation experience Position Details • Location: Austin, Texas (In-office only) • Type: Full-time • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
