Graphic Designer / Illustrator / Visual Communications SMEPeopleTec is seeking a Graphic Designer / Illustrator / Visual Communications Subject Matter Expert to support our Huntsville, AL location. The role involves developing high‑quality visual products that communicate complex technical, programmatic, and strategic information in support of the Warfighter mission.Responsibilities include creating graphics, illustrations, branding materials, infographics, UI/UX elements, and presentation products for leadership, stakeholders, and external audiences. The designer will collaborate closely with Senior Executives, engineering staff, program managers, analysts, and communications personnel to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with DoD standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce graphics, illustrations, infographics, and visual materials for program documentation, briefings, reports, and communication products.Develop high‑impact PowerPoint presentations, visual storyboards, and leadership briefing materials.Create and maintain branding elements including logos, templates, style guides, and visual identity standards.Translate complex technical and programmatic information into clear, visually compelling graphics.Support UI/UX design for SharePoint sites, dashboards, and digital tools.Develop visual content for PMRs, IPTs, technical reviews, and stakeholder engagements.Collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure accuracy of technical illustrations and diagrams.Produce graphics for contract documentation, white papers, and strategic communication materials.Manage digital assets, version control, and archival of visual materials.Ensure all products comply with DoD, Army, and organizational branding and security requirements.Provide rapid‑turn graphics support for time‑sensitive requests.Identify opportunities to improve visual communication methods and implement innovative design solutions.Support multimedia needs, including light video editing, motion graphics, or animation (if applicable).QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience :Minimum of 15 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or related creative roles.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc. If you have any difficulty using our online system and you need an accommodation due to a disability, you may use the following email address, [email protected], and/or phone number (256.319.3800) to contact us about your interest in employment with PeopleTec, Inc.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, genetic information, citizenship, ancestry, marital status, protected veteran status, disability status or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law.
