We are a fast-paced and growing print shop seeking a talented, reliable, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about design, enjoys working hands-on with print production, and thrives in a busy, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to producing high-quality work while supporting daily print shop operations.
Responsibilities:
Design custom graphics for print-on-demand products (shirts, mugs, fans, tumblers, etc.)Handle customer orders from start to finish—design, print, pack, and fulfillProvide excellent in-person and digital customer serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspaceCommunicate clearly with customers and team members regarding order status and timelinesAssist with managing incoming emails, messaging platforms, and other communication channelsRepresent the company professionally in client meetings, networking events, and community outreachSocial media support (optional, but a plus)Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio or samples required)Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)Customer service experience (in-person and/or digital)Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesReliable, professional, and able to work independentlyPrior print shop experience is a bonus, but not requiredMust be able to handle a high volume of orders efficientlyBonus Points For:
