About the Role
Lou Lou and Company is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in an in-office, part-time role. This position will help bring the Lou Lou and Company brand to life across a variety of customer touchpoints, from product packaging and surface patterns to website graphics, email campaigns, social, ads, events and more.
What You'll Do
Packaging Design: Create and update packaging artwork and product graphics while maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.Surface Pattern Design: Develop original patterns, prints, and artwork for products and brand applications.Social Media Graphics: Design engaging, on-brand graphics for social media campaigns, promotions, launches, and ongoing content.Printed Catalogs: Design layouts and graphics for seasonal and product catalogs, ensuring a polished and easy-to-navigate customer experience.Website Banners & Graphics: Create digital assets for the website, including banners, promotional graphics, product features, and seasonal campaigns.Email Graphics: Design visually compelling graphics and assets for email marketing campaigns and promotions.Event Graphics: Create branded materials and graphics for trade shows, events, pop-ups, and other company experiences.Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency across all visual communications.Help evolve and strengthen the Lou Lou and Company visual identity across print and digital platforms.Collaborating with teams overseas
What We're Looking For
Strong graphic design skills with a creative, polished, and detail-oriented approach.Experience designing for both print and digital.A strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.Experience with packaging design and/or surface pattern design is a plus.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (photoshop, illustrator, inDesign) Canva, Figma.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.A strong eye for detail and consistency.Ability to take creative direction while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.A portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Compensation: $25/hr+ depending on experience
